Domestic Assistant

NurseLink Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Domestic Assistance Worker for in-home support shift in Bridgewater, Tasmania 7030

Position Details:

• Service Type: Personal Care Assistance/ Domestic Assistance

Duties Include

• Hang out washing upon arrival
• Assist with personal care tasks including showering and dressing
• Change bed linen in the main bedroom
• Put linen through the washing machine and hang it out to dry
• Clean the bathroom and toilet
• Wipe down kitchen benches and cupboard surfaces
• Dust and clean interior windows
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors (steam mops are not to be used in accordance with Work Health and Safety requirements)
• General dusting if time permits

About You

• Experience in domestic assistance, aged care, home care or community support
• Reliable, punctual and compassionate
• Strong attention to detail
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (preferred)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
