About the Role

An exciting new chapter is beginning at Burwood… and we want the right people to be part of it.

With the upcoming launch of Geely, one of the fastest-growing global automotive brands, we are expanding our team and looking for an energetic, driven Sales Consultant to help lead this next phase.

While Geely will be a key focus, you’ll also have the opportunity to represent a diverse and high-performing lineup including GWM & XPENG.

This is your chance to step into a dealership that’s evolving — with new products, new energy, and serious growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering a warm, engaging and high-energy experience to every customer who walks through the door

• Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs to match them with the right vehicle across Geely, GWM & XPENG.

• Showcasing vehicles through test drives and product demonstrations that bring the experience to life

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery with professionalism and integrity

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity

• Continuously building your product knowledge, particularly around emerging EV and new technology brands like Geely and XPENG

• Contributing to a team-first environment focused on hitting and exceeding targets

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential for the right attitude)

• A hungry, proactive mindset with a strong desire to succeed

• Confident communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport

• High energy, positivity and a customer-first approach

• Interest in modern vehicles, EV technology and the future of mobility

• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
