A brilliant opportunity exists for a well seasoned Salesperson/Store Manager to Lead our Perth Team primarily based at our Perth David Jones concession store in a Full time capacity reporting into our Regional Manager.

You will be responsoble for:

• Driving Sales and contributing to store KPI's as an individual and fostering the same results from your Team

• Scheduling store rosters

• Recruiting and retaining Team members

• Maintaining exceptional customer service

• Building relationships with our existing clientele, and growing new

• Contribute to customer data & loyalty

• Visual merchandising and stock-take

About You

The applicant must have retail sales experience (essential), phenomenal customer service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in Team management, multisite management, tailoring, menswear and or luxury fashion is highly preferred but not essential.
