Our team of experts have specialist knowledge and high-level training, offering both experience and expertise to persons with a wide range of complex needs and disabilities.
If you have:
an interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential;
strong interpersonal skills;
strong organisational and observation skills;
the desire to share your interests and passions with others;
the ability to manage your own time and work autonomously;
a love for a constantly changing work environment;
NDIS experience highly regarded
qualifications in Disability and or Mental Health highly regarded;
Early Childhood background is a Plus;
This position is for you. What we expect from you:
Perform all duties with professionalism & care.
Work under general guidance from the person seeking support/their family.
Work within clearly defined guidelines
Be responsible for managing your own time.
Be able to work with limited supervision.
Perform activities requiring the exercise of sound judgment, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity.
Support our clients with community access.
What you need:
An interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential.
Associate degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience totalling at least three (3) years is a plus.
NDIS screening check as required.
A current Working with Children check.
A current First Aid Certificate.
A Driver's License and a car (preferred).
