Program Performance & Learning Lead

Essential:

• Substantial experience in international development, humanitarian or related settings, with strong knowledge of program design, performance, evidence, learning and adaptive management. 
• Demonstrated understanding of donor, accreditation and accountability requirements, and experience translating organisational policies, frameworks and standards into practical program approaches. 
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to analyse and communicate complex evidence and learning to diverse internal and external audiences. 
• Demonstrated experience in making sense of program evidence and performance information to understand how and why change happens, convene learning, influence practice and strengthen systems across a program portfolio. 

A little about you

• You are experienced in developing and facilitating strategic learning processes, critical reflection and creating practical opportunities for teams and partners to share, generate and apply learning. 
• You have demonstrated experience strengthening organisational policies, frameworks, standards or guidance and supporting their consistent and practical application across a program portfolio. 
• You bring a practical approach to accountability, recognising the importance of organisational and donor requirements while understanding the realities of program implementation and partnership contexts. 
• You understand equitable and locally led partnerships and can support organisations to translate partnership principles into practice, track progress and use learning to strengthen how partnerships are developed and managed. 
• You are committed to feminist, decolonised, anti-racist and locally led development practice and bring cultural sensitivity, humility and a commitment to gender equality, disability equity and social inclusion.
