Property Management Associate

Stone Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Property Management Associate to join our growing Property Management team based at our Castle Hill office.

About the Role

As a Property Management Associate, you'll work closely with our Property Managers, providing support across all aspects of residential property management while delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

No two days are the same. You'll gain hands-on experience across leasing, inspections, administration, maintenance coordination and client communication while building the skills needed to progress your career.

Your day may include:

• Conducting Open Homes and property inspections

• Preparing ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports

• Assisting with lease preparation and tenancy documentation

• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally

• Supporting Property Managers with daily portfolio management

• Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and company procedures

• Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and associated systems

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally you'll have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• High attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience with PropertyMe (or similar property management software) is highly regarded

• Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
