CASUAL OSHC EDUCATORS – BRING THE ENERGY, MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and energetic Casual OSHC Educators to join our Wallan team!

This isn't a job where you stand on the sidelines. We want people who are ready to get involved, have fun, build connections and create amazing experiences for children.

Whether you're studying education, childcare, community services or love working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE

One minute you might be running an epic outdoor game, the next you're helping with a creative activity, chatting with children about their day, serving afternoon tea or helping turn a child's brilliant idea into the next big group challenge.

As one of our OSHC Educators, you'll help:

• Create fun, engaging and child-led activities
• Get involved in games, sport and outdoor adventures
• Build genuine, positive relationships with children
• Create an environment where every child feels welcome, included and valued
• Encourage children's ideas, creativity and independence
• Maintain a safe, supportive and child-focused environment
• Work alongside a passionate team that genuinely cares about what they do
