About The Role

As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily schedules and job allocations
• Managing customer communications and service enquiries
• Resolving customer concerns and post-move issues
• Supporting operational planning and logistics
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Liaising with drivers, removal crews and office staff
• Assisting in delivering exceptional customer experiences

About You

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in operations, scheduling, logistics or administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confidence handling customer concerns professionally
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Previous experience within transport, removals or logistics is highly regarded but not essential.

MR or Forklift Licence advantageous but not required.
