CPAP Consultant - CPAP Victoria - Berwick Clinic

• Part-time role - 4.5 days per week working on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and a half day on Saturday. You will have a regular day off on Tuesday

• Full training will be provided

At CPAP Victoria we are focused on improving quality of life for people affected by chronic snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. We are a leading provider of professional Snoring and Sleep Apnea services. We work in small teams in clinics to deliver one on one support to patients by providing specialised CPAP therapy equipment & ongoing support services. We educate and support patients on their CPAP journey.

We have a fabulous team spread across 16 clinics throughout Victoria. Our business is thriving and we are looking for a committed CPAP Consultant to join our Berwick clinic.

Role Responsibilities
Consulting & Patient Education

• Provide advice, education, and support to sleep patients both in person and over the phone.

• Conduct CPAP set-ups and deliver ongoing equipment servicing and patient support in accordance with physician prescriptions.

• Prepare reports and communicate with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers as required.

Retail & Administration

• Assist customers with the over-the-counter sale of products and services.

• Process online orders, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.

• Manage stock orders and receive, unpack, and organise inventory deliveries.

Clinic Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain and monitor clinic equipment to ensure it is operational and compliant with standards.

• Clean and sterilise equipment in accordance with infection control procedures.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic and consultation environment at all times.

You will be part of a close-knit clinic team while also maintaining regular phone contact with colleagues across our 16 CPAP Victoria clinics and the broader Resmed global network. This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your responsibilities and work directly with patients each day. It is a diverse and rewarding position that combines patient consultations, hands-on clinic activities, and both phone-based and face-to-face interactions, providing excellent variety and balance throughout your workday.

While previous CPAP experience is not required, you will bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in a sleep-related role or another patient-focused healthcare environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. Qualifications in Health, Science, Sales, or Marketing are also advantageous and may support your success in the role.
