Administration Officer Child Protection Unit

1. Demonstrated experience in delivering high level administrative and operational support., including responding to client enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a challenging work environment which includes clients who have experienced various forms of violence, abuse and neglect.[SP1
2. Demonstrated knowledge of the public health system and an ability to apply that knowledge to achieve high standards of quality, efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of health services.
3. Highly developed and effective administrative and organisational skills with extensive experience in a health service environment encompassing administration, human resource management, finance and resource management and health service delivery.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
5. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Teams, Healthroster, ROB, Patient Management, Oracle, and iProcurement.
6. Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and operational support in a complex environment.
7. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving..
