Territory Manager, NSW

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Territory Manager to join the team at Parker Hannifin (Australia) Pty Limited. This is a full-time position based in Castle Hill, NSW and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth objectives

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new customers

• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and advocacy

• Provide expert technical and commercial advice to customers to support their needs

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider sales and marketing teams

• Contribute to the overall sales planning and forecasting process

• Maintain thorough records and reporting on all sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in an account management or territory sales role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector

• Knowledge of Hydraulic products and systems (advantageous)

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex solutions into value for customers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing winning sales strategies

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
