Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives. This role involves driving cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and supporting business decisions through structured analysis.Key responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.Conduct market, business, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and strategic initiatives.Prepare clear and insightful reports, presentations, and management materials for decision-making.Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and recommend practical solutions.Facilitate communication across functions and ensure effective follow-up on key actions.Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of project management, business strategy, and organizational processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop practical recommendations.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management, data analysis, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.Ability to translate data and business insights into clear, actionable conclusions.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
