Casual Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Casual Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Ingleburn Medical Centre Pharmacy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy pharmacy environment, is flexible with their availability and is happy to work a combination of afternoon and evening shifts.

Availability – Essential

Applicants must be available and willing to work shifts including:

• 11:00am – 7:00pm

• 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Please only apply if you can reliably work within these hours as part of your regular availability.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations

• Serving customers at the register and scripts in/out counter

• Stock replenishment, rotation and merchandising

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented pharmacy

• Completing general pharmacy and retail tasks

• Supporting pharmacists and other team members during busy periods

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and flexible

• Is confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills

• Is a team player and willing to help wherever needed

• Can take direction and complete tasks independently

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

• Is comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts

Previous pharmacy is highly regarded, however applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
