Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, tailored solutions, and ongoing support.
• Oversee marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across multiple channels.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline health, and generate detailed reports on performance metrics.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering professional development, setting clear targets, and driving team engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients while maintaining strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients in technology-driven markets.
• Analyze market trends using sales analytics tools to refine strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead the adoption of sales management systems to streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall team productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading business development or sales teams.
• Extensive knowledge of B2B sales processes, including negotiation, deal closing, and account management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems; experience with sales management systems is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales, particularly in technology or SaaS products, along with a strong understanding of enterprise selling strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using sales analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for business growth while effectively managing multiple priorities.
