This is a hands-on entry-level sales role, working closely with experienced agents and leadership while learning the foundations of becoming a high-performing real estate professional.

You’ll be actively involved in:

• Prospecting through calls, door knocking, and local area engagement

• Supporting agents with open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-up

• Building databases and developing strong local market knowledge

• Assisting with listings, campaigns, and sales processes from appraisal to settlement

• Learning negotiation, communication, and deal structure in real-world scenarios

• Supporting daily sales operations and client communication
