Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive, inclusive culture Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld at all times Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values of authenticity, quality, and community in everything you do

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
