About the Role

Due to continued growth and strong demand, we’re looking for experienced truck drivers who hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to join our talented training team, based in Bellevue, WA.

This is more than a training role, it’s an opportunity to shape the capability of drivers, passing on your knowledge and experience to the next generation of truck drivers. Reporting to the Training Delivery Lead, you’ll deliver engaging and high-quality training and assessment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, guide learners through real-world driving scenarios across a range of heavy vehicle courses, assess competency and ensure every learner leaves with the confidence and skills to operate safely.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• Unrestricted HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA).
• Extensive truck training experience.
• Excellent communication with the ability to engage with a diverse range of learners.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

 Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• HR (Heavy Combination) and/or MC (Multi Combination) licence
• Department of Transport accreditation as a Qualified Instructor and Assessor (eg. Blue Book).
