Social Media Content Creator

We are an exciting and growing activewear brand looking for a creative, confident and social-media-savvy Content Creator to join our team part-time.

The main goal of this role is simple: create great content, grow our social media exposure and help build our brand.

We are looking for someone who understands social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and knows how to turn ideas and trends into engaging short-form content.

This is a hands-on creative role. You will be regularly filming content, developing new ideas, editing videos and helping us establish a strong and recognisable presence across social media.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and filming daily social media content
• Producing TikToks, Instagram Reels, Stories and other short-form videos
• Editing videos into engaging, high-quality social content
• Coming up with creative concepts, hooks and video ideas
• Keeping up with current TikTok, Instagram, fitness, fashion and activewear trends
• Helping plan and execute content shoots
• Creating content around new products, launches and campaigns
• Working with models, influencers and creators to produce content
• Helping develop the overall look, personality and identity of the brand online
• Identifying trending sounds, formats and content opportunities
• Posting and assisting with management of our social media platforms
• Reviewing content performance and identifying what works
• Developing new strategies to increase views, engagement, followers and reach
• Ultimately helping us grow the brand and build strong social media exposure

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Creative and full of content ideas
• Confident filming and creating social media content
• Comfortable directing others during content shoots
• Comfortable appearing in content themselves where appropriate
• Experienced with TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Able to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar
• Passionate about social media, fitness, fashion and/or activewear
• Up to date with current social media trends
• Able to work independently and take an idea from concept → filming → editing → posting
• Motivated by growing a brand from the early stages

Previous experience growing a social media account, personal brand or business account is highly regarded.

You do not need to be a huge influencer. We’re more interested in finding someone who genuinely understands content, has a great creative eye and knows what makes people stop scrolling.
