Graduate - Corporate Finance

About the role:

RSM's Corporate Finance teams are a growing part of a strong business. Graduate vacancies have arisen in the Transactions and Modelling teams.

This graduate role will commence in February 2027, however there may an opportunity for an early start depending on the candidate.

• Preparation of valuations;
• Assignment file administration and management;
• Capital raising, including preparation of Independent Accountant’s Report;
• Independent Expert Reports for ASIC and ASX purposes;
• Financial modelling and forecasting;
• Financial investigation and due diligence;
• Expert witness reports for litigation; and
• Analysis of company financials.

About you:

Essential

• Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
• Completed degree or scheduled to complete by December 2026

Desirable

• General knowledge of corporations law

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Previous work experience in Professional Services
