As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support across every interaction. Whether you're resolving technical issues, processing requests, or answering enquiries, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences while representing the Ricoh brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions using available tools and resources.
• Provide accurate information about Ricoh's products, services, and support offerings.
• Process service requests, orders, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by embracing Ricoh's "One Team, One Voice, One Goal" philosophy.

To be successful in this role:

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High level of computer literacy; experience in technical support or IT-related environments is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Availability to work on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
