About the Role

We are looking for a driven Paralegal ready to step into an established, high-performing law firm and make the role their own.

In this exciting role, you will be on the front line working with the lawyers in various practice areas in new and creative ways each day, including the following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Both legal and administrative support for the lawyers and clients;

• Assisting lawyers in various practice areas, including family law, criminal law, commercial law, litigation, etc;

• Drafting general correspondence;

• Drafting briefs and Court documents;

• Legal research and analysis skills;

• File management skills;

• Administrative support to the business and the professional team;

• Telephone, mail and email management;

• Preparation of documents for meetings including, where appropriate, preparing draft documents and forms;

• File management skills; and

• Client management skills, including a commitment to excellence in customer service.
