In the Store Manager role you will 

• Lead the day-to-day rhythm of your store, creating beautifully executed retail experiences through operational excellence, thoughtful rostering, visual merchandising and stock management. 
• Champion exceptional customer experiences that inspire connection, loyalty and moments worth remembering. 
• Drive strong commercial outcomes by achieving sales, wage and cost targets while upholding T2’s standards, policies and ways of working. 
• Coach and develop your team, identifying opportunities to grow capability and nurture the next T2 leaders. 
• Build and nurture a values-led team of passionate tea ambassadors who bring the T2 brand to life through every customer interaction.
