HR Waste drivers required for a large waste company. Ideally must have exp working within commercial waste. Immedate start, great hourly rate.

Synergie Australia is seeking HR Drivers with rear lift & side arm experience for a leading waste company in Wetherill Park. Join a dynamic and close-knit team with a thriving company culture.

The importance parts:

HR Driver – Rear & Side arm – Commercial

Location – Wetherill Park – 12.30am starts,

$44 - $50 + per hour – 5 days per week

What you will be required to do:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR waste Driver to work in the Waste Industry.  Your focus will be to provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and productive waste collection for a commercial site. To be eligible for this position you MUST pass a medical including a drug and alcohol and police check.  

Responsibilities Included

• Experience operating Rear lift & or Side Arm in the waste industry, preferably in the commercial side.  
• MUST pass a medical including a drug and alcohol and police check
• Physically fit for work
• Reliable and punctual
• Quick thinker and a team player - you will be working as a team
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a similar role or within a waste company will be highly regarded

ABOUT YOU

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence
• Previous waste driving experience
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
