About this opportunity – Graduate Water Engineer

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a growing, dynamic and privately-owned company.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional drainage and water/sewer network designs
• Contribute to stormwater management plans, flood modelling, environmental impact assessments and water strategy
• Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
• Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils.
• Get exposure to HEC-RAS/TUFLOW/DRAINS/MUSIC and any prior experience will be highly regarded

Overview of process:

• Positions will be advertising until Sunday 29^th March 2026.
• Please note we are seeking Graduate Water Engineers in Melbourne only. 
• Group assessment centres and interviews are scheduled for May 2026.
• If you have been shortlisted to attend an assessment centre, you will be notified via email in April/May 2026.
