ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Lake Vermont Project, situated in Dysart, North Queensland is currently seeking a Serviceperson to join their Maintenance department.

As our next Serviceperson, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor working a 7/7 even time roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.

Working a 7/7 day/night shift roster you will be required to:

Operation of a variety of field-maintenance equipment, including tilt-tray trucks, service trucks, boom-type elevated work platforms (EWPs), and tool-carrier loaders Maintain the plant safely and efficiently in order to meet site maintenance schedules. Conduct refuelling operations and assist fitters where required Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times General workshop duties

ABOUT YOU:

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Mechanical trade or equivalent (desirable)Prior experience working as a serviceperson on a mine site (highly regarded)Current RIISM212D or RIISM212EDemonstrated experience in the mining and/or heavy earthmoving industry, or hydraulic excavator industryCurrent Standard 11 an advantageHR driver’s licence preferable
