Saturday Receptionist - BYD Brookvale

• With a focus on "Building Customers for Life" we require a talented and enthusiastic person to join the team at BYD Brookvale.

• As a Receptionist you will work directly with your manager to develop the skills necessary to have a successful career in the automotive industry.

As the Receptionist with BYD Brookvale, the role will suit a proactive individual who is passionate about the automotive industry and has experience in providing excellent customer service.  Your duties include front of house reception, welcoming guests, and gathering information from guests to forward onto the sales staff and administration duties.

 About you

• You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions.

•  You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.

• You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business.

• You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.

• Be professional and enthusiastic

• Have strong attention to detail

• Computer literate

• Drivers Licence

• Previous experience is preferred but not essential
