What You'll Be Doing
Providing customer service as a Switchboard Operator at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. Can also be responsible for providing frontline customer service in a receptionist role while undertaking a variety ofadministrative duties.

A resume (maximum 5 pages) outlining your experience Responses to the questions below:Demonstrated ability to work in a busy and high pressured environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.Demonstrated capacity to provide efficient use of Alcatel system switchboard console and paging system or willing to learn.High level interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external customers.Demonstrated excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office suite programs and the ability to learn complex relevant health systemsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocol.
