Dermal Therapist/Clinician

We’re looking for an experienced, mature and motivated clinician to join our boutique skin clinic in Bondi Junction.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting:

• 1 x Full-Time or Part Ti Senior Dermal Clinician / Therapist

• 1 x Casual Senior Dermal Clinician / Therapist

You will work independently in the treatment room and therefore must be confident managing your own clients, consultations and treatment plans with minimal supervision.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking initiative and becoming an integral part of a growing boutique business.

Essential Requirements

● Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dermal Clinician or Dermal Therapist

● Ability to work confidently and autonomously

● Mature, reliable and highly organised

● Exceptional customer service and communication skills

● Professional presentation

● Strong consultation and retail skills

● Passion for skin health and delivering exceptional client experiences

● A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail

Experience Required

Applicants must have extensive experience performing some of the following:

● Dermapen Skin Needling

● IPL Skin Rejuvenation

● Laser Skin Treatments

● Chemical Peels

● Advanced Clinical & Luxury Facials

● CACI Non-Surgical Facial Treatments

● LED Light Therapy

● Comprehensive Skin Consultations

● Developing personalised treatment plans

● Prescribing medical-grade cosmeceutical skincare

● Retailing professional skincare

Experience with brands such as Environ, Dermaceutic, Dermapen, DP Dermaceuticals, Jane Iredale or similar premium skincare brands will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

This is a diverse position where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Performing advanced skin treatments

● Conducting thorough consultations and skin assessments

● Developing customised treatment plans

● Recommending and prescribing home care

● Reception and client communication

● Appointment management

● Stock control and inventory management

● Maintaining impeccable clinic presentation and cleanliness

● General housekeeping and treatment room preparation

● Assisting with Shopify website updates and online orders

● Creating engaging Instagram and social media content

● Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions

● Contributing ideas to help grow the clinic
