Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Subiaco Physiotherapy in Subiaco, Western Australia. This casual role will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our busy physiotherapy clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
• Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical databases
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing and inventory management
• Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
• Assistance with maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic

About you

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting
• Valid Australian work visa or work rights are required for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage a busy schedule
• Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and clinic management systems (we use Cliniko)
• A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour to provide a welcoming environment for our patients
