People Coordinator

We're hiring: People Coordinator | Omnicom Media | Sydney

We're looking for a People Coordinator to join our central People team at Omnicom Media in Sydney.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build broad, hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative People function, supporting some of the best-known agency brands across the Omnicom Media portfolio.

Working closely with our Head of People Operations and People Directors, you'll get exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contracts through to HR systems, employee queries, compliance and People & Culture projects.

You'll be involved in:

• Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for our new starters
• Managing employee lifecycle changes, contracts and documentation
• Working across Workday, ServiceNow and our shared services teams
• Partnering with Payroll, People Directors and managers across the business
• Supporting probation processes and day-to-day People queries
• Contributing to employee experience initiatives and wider People & Culture projects
• Supporting key compliance activities including WGEA reporting and HR audits
• We'd love to hear from someone with around 1–2 years' HR experience who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about building a career in People & Culture.

You'll need strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Previous Workday experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential — we're looking for someone eager to learn.
