Customer Service Representative – Brisbane Branch

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane branch. You’ll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries — whether by phone or email — ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telephone and online enquiries, converting leads into sales.

• Introduce new customers to our product range and nurture relationships with existing customers.

• Prepare quotes, enter data, create hire agreements and process payments using TFH’s in-house computer systems.

• Facilitate communication between logistics, stock controllers, and external vendors.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.

About You

• Proactive and diligent, with a strong desire to learn and grow—even if you lack experience in the hire industry (training provided).

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new software systems.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, with high attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

• Skilled at prioritising tasks and applying a problem-solving mindset.

• Polite and professional phone manner.

Training will be provided in-house. This role is based in our Kingston branch.
