About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our Rehabilitation and Medical Wards.

Permanent, part-time, full-time, and casual opportunities are available, with a particular focus on Afternoon and Night Duty shifts.

Remuneration and Benefits

Registered Nurse (RN)

• $38.37 to $53.50 per hour

• Plus applicable shift penalties

• Superannuation

Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN)

• $34.52 to $36.41 per hour

• Plus applicable shift penalties

• Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient's clinical, physical, and psychosocial needs.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

• Support and promote patient health, safety, nutrition, hygiene, comfort, and wellbeing.

• Respect patients' individual preferences, values, and beliefs, and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation and patient handovers to facilitate continuity of care.

• Contribute positively to a collaborative and patient-centred care environment.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

• Current National Criminal Record Check.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• A passion for delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
