Branch Leader – Taree, Tuncurry and Wingham Branches

• Based at: Taree Branch, leading Taree, Tuncurry and Wingham
• Remuneration: From $90k TRP, with appointment level dependent on skills and experience.

Based at Taree, this hands-on role would suit someone who can lead with care and confidence, keep teams connected, and balance people leadership with customer service, operations, risk and local growth.

About the Role

You’ll set the rhythm across the branch cluster — coaching your people, planning staffing, supporting customer flow, and keeping operations, risk and compliance on track.

• Coach and support your teams to do their best work.
• Set clear expectations, build capability and address issues early and respectfully.
• Keep branches running smoothly through good staffing, customer flow, risk and compliance practices.
• Encourage quality conversations, referrals and local growth opportunities.
• Stay connected across locations and represent Regional Australia Bank positively in the community.

About You

You’ll bring steady leadership, good judgement and the confidence to get the best out of people. You may already be leading a branch or team or have strong banking or related experience and be ready for a broader leadership role.

You’ll be comfortable giving direction, building trust, managing performance, supporting great customer outcomes and having tricky conversations when needed. Experience leading across locations or remotely would be highly regarded.

ASIC Tier II accreditation is required, or you’ll need to be willing to obtain this after commencement.
