AUDIT MANAGER – NORTH WEST BRISBANE – $110K–$130K + FLEXIBILITY & PARTNERSHIP PATH – ADVISORY FIRM (JOB ID 1533)

The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of external audit clients across a range of industries  

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion  

• Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on key client deliverables  

• Manage and mentor onshore and offshore team members  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships  

• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives  

• Travel to client sites across Queensland as required  

• Support continuous improvement and participate in training initiatives  

About You: 

• 7+ years’ external audit experience within public practice  

• 3+ years’ experience at Manager level  

• CA/CPA qualified  

• Strong knowledge of Australian auditing and accounting standards  

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end audit engagements  

• Leadership experience managing and developing teams  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  

• Experience with Caseware (or similar) preferred  

• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
