Floreancig Smith Building Surveyors is a well-established, respected, boutique Building Surveying firm located in bustling Cremorne, just a few minutes’ walk from Richmond Station.  Offering a wide range of services to various key commercial, residential and government clients across Victoria, we are searching for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team.

In this role:

• You will be provided with an exciting opportunity to further develop and utilise your business skills and knowledge of building regulations, codes and standards.

•  You will be a part of our young & dynamic team of Building Code Consultants

•  You will be required to manage your own clients and undertake all Building Surveying duties from BCA Assessments, regulatory direction and functions of the building surveyor under the supervision of our Building Surveying Directors. 

Education/ Technical skills required:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in High Rise, retail, commercial, industrial and multi-residential Building Surveying.

• Registered Building Practitioner BS-L or BS-U or working towards registration.

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven technical competency across Act, Regs, NCC & Standards.
