Administration Assistant

Stage School Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team in Coburg! 

We are currently seeking an organised and professional Administration Assistant to support our Customer Operations team. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting phone and email communications, assisting with enrolments and bookings, and helping deliver an exceptional experience to families across our performing arts programs. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and wants to be part of an organisation that positively impacts thousands of young people each year. 

We are specifically looking for applicants with the following experience: 

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or office support role 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
• Experience managing emails and customer enquiries in a professional environment 
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone and providing information and support 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously 
• Strong computer skills and experience working with databases and Microsoft Office programs 
• Experience in education, performing arts, events, or a customer-focused industry will be highly regarded

• Excellent time management and organisational skills 
• Strong written communication and attention to detail 
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team 
• A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
