About the Role

As a Senior Case Management Officer, you’ll provide high-quality case management while leading by example, supporting best practice service delivery, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Working closely with job seekers, you’ll help identify, set, and achieve personal and employment goals through culturally appropriate, strengths-based, and person-centred approaches. Your work will focus on empowering individuals to overcome barriers to employment and connecting them with internal programs and community supports that foster success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective, strengths-based case management and employment support.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients using culturally sensitive and individualised approaches.
• Connect clients to resources, training, and support services that promote job readiness.
• Support and contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain comprehensive case notes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience supporting clients with complex needs, including disability, mental health, homelessness, substance use, or family and domestic violence.
• Demonstrated ability to engage respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
• Understanding of the social and economic challenges impacting rural and remote communities.
• Strong case management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using client management databases.
• Certificate IV in Employment Services (or willingness to obtain).

What You’ll Need

• A current C Class driver’s licence (essential)
• Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
