About the Role
As a Senior Case Management Officer, you’ll provide high-quality case management while leading by example, supporting best practice service delivery, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Working closely with job seekers, you’ll help identify, set, and achieve personal and employment goals through culturally appropriate, strengths-based, and person-centred approaches. Your work will focus on empowering individuals to overcome barriers to employment and connecting them with internal programs and community supports that foster success.
