Join our team as a Customer Service Officer at Banyule Leisure.
Are you a friendly, organised and customer-focused person who enjoys helping people feel welcome, informed and supported? Banyule Leisure is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and help create positive experiences for our members, visitors and community.
In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers across Banyule Leisure. You’ll provide helpful information about programs, memberships, facilities and services, support day-to-day reception and café operations, and assist with bookings, payments, administration and general customer enquiries
