About the role
Carpet Call – WA' is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in our Perth WA 6000 location. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading flooring retailer.
We are looking for sales consultants across our 10 store network: IMMEDIATE START
What you'll be doing
Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
Process sales transactions and provide post-sales support
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends and industry developments
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the flooring or home improvement industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
Passion for the industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
