Cub Campers, a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of off-road camper trailers and caravans, is seeking reliable and motivated Production Assistants to join our growing team in North Rocks, NSW.

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll be hands-on in the assembly of our industry-leading camper trailers and caravans. You'll work across various stages of production including fabrication, fitting, and finishing—helping build products for Australians exploring the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble camper trailers and caravans using hand and power tools

• Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards

• Support other departments as required

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or similar hands-on roles (preferred but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks between 10-20kg on a regular basis

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Australian permanent residency or appropriate work rights to work in Australia
