Accounts Receivable Officer

You'd own collections for a brand with retail partners across five countries, not just chase invoices.

This is a part-time role, 30 hours a week, with a Gold Coast based lifestyle apparel and accessories brand that's been growing steadily for over 22 years. Distribution runs across Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States, so there's real variety in the accounts you'll manage.

You'll take ownership of the collections process, working closely with the Sales team to resolve billing issues and keep relationships intact while still getting paid on time. Day to day, that means managing the AR ledger, processing payments, reconciling accounts and generating customer statements, along with some accounts payable support and general admin as needed.

The office itself is bright and casual, with a genuine focus on work-life balance and developing people from within.
