The Role
As a Vocational Education and Training (VET) Support Officer, you would provide administrative support for the VET Coordinator in areas including: the maintenance of student records, management and update of school information system data, reporting results to the School’s Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) and preparation of school materials for publication.
We are seeking a motivated and well-organised individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the team. In this role, you would provide administrative support to the VET Coordinator. You will also play a supporting role in offering basic career information and guidance to students and their parents or caregivers. Previous experience supporting VET programs in secondary schools, particularly knowledge of platforms such as Reporting to Parents (RTP), will be highly regarded.
