We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers (PCW) for Night Duty to join our aged care team.

🌙 About the Night Duty Role

As a Night Duty Personal Care Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, compassionate care overnight.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and assistance to residents according to their individual care needs.

• Supporting residents with toileting, continence care, repositioning and mobility.

• Assisting residents with comfort and wellbeing throughout the night.

• Responding appropriately to residents' needs and requests.

• Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, privacy and independence.

• Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in their condition or wellbeing to the appropriate team member.

• Following individual care plans and workplace procedures.

• Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.

• Completing required documentation and handover information.

• Working collaboratively with other members of the care team.

• Providing reassurance and companionship to residents who may wake during the night.

• Able to follow care plans, policies and procedures.

Aged care experience and relevant qualifications are highly regarded.

We welcome applications from experienced PCWs as well as applicants who are looking to develop their career in aged care and have the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
