Who We Are
Zinfra is a leading partner in the design, build, operation and maintenance of Australia’s energy and utilities infrastructure. Delivering an annual portfolio of more than $1.2 billion, our work helps keep energy flowing safely and reliably to communities across Australia while supporting the nation’s energy transition.
With a workforce of more than 2,800 people, we deliver complex infrastructure, asset management and field services across Australia’s east coast. Our people draw on deep industry experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and practical innovation to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and communities.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects valued from $250,000 to $30 million. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the safe, commercial and operational delivery of complex construction and maintenance projects for our ACT based client Evo energy.
This is a hands-on leadership role operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where sound judgement, practical problem solving and decisive leadership are essential. You will oversee project planning, commercial performance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and project governance while leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. Working closely with clients, contractors, regulators and internal leaders, you will play a critical role in delivering infrastructure that keeps communities connected and energy flowing safely and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
About You

You bring strong technical and commercial capability, make sound decisions under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes. You are resilient, collaborative and comfortable leading teams and stakeholders through challenging project delivery environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer outcomes.
