The Role

The sleek and modern dining room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows that offer the best front row views of Sydney Harbour.  With the dim candles glowing and the city lights glistening in the foreground, the stage is set for our patron’s culinary journey and makes it an incredible place to work for industry professionals.

We are on the hunt for career section waiters who have worked in some of Australia’s most elite hatted kitchens and fine dining establishments to bring their passion for fine dining and their love of hospitality to our elite venue. Your attention to detail & care for the customer experience will be at your priority.  With a mix of clientele ranging from corporates and foodies, to special occasion diners and friends getting together for a stellar dining experience, your passion for service will be ignited here.    

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, working for some of Sydney's most prestigious premium and hatted restaurants, however training and mentoring is also provided to help you hit the ground running.
