About the role:Lawmee is working with a leading manufacturing company to secure an experienced Corporate / Commercial / Construction Lawyer on a contracting basis.
Commencing as soon as possible, the engagement is expected to run for 6 to 12 months, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent position. Although full-time availability is preferred, a 4-day a week arrangement will be considered for the right lawyer.
This role offers the chance to work closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice on a broad range of commercial and construction-related matters within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Some of your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

We would like to hear from lawyers with 5+ years’ PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or within well-regarded in-house teams. Experience across construction, commercial and corporate matters will be highly regarded. This role requires an experienced lawyer capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
