About the Opportunity

This is a critical, project-focused role designed to drive operational readiness, testing integrity, and system accuracy during a key HCM system rollout. Reporting directly to the Dayforce Project team, you will partner closely with Payroll and Project Management teams to ensure smooth transition management across all phases of the rollout.

Moving beyond basic administrative support, you will act as a key operational bridge between technical system configurations and practical business processes. You will own key elements of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel payroll reconciliations, data validation, and training preparation - ensuring the organization transitions seamlessly into go-live and post-implementation hypercare.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the project team, reporting into the Test Lead, you will be responsible for supporting system testing, data accuracy, and organizational readiness across the project lifecycle:

• Supporting final payroll testing, UAT, PVT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Providing hypercare support, including defect triage, outcome validation, and rapid issue resolution post-go-live.

• Preparing, executing, and documenting test scenarios, test evidence, defect tracking, and retesting outcomes to support project sign-offs.

• Validating, cleansing, and migrating data between legacy systems and the new HCM platform to ensure strict data integrity.

• Maintaining essential project documentation, including process work instructions, system checklists, test evidence, and operational support materials.

• Assisting with user readiness and change adoption by facilitating process walkthroughs and building user guides and training materials.

You are a natural problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities, capable of collaborating effectively with internal business users, payroll specialists, and implementation partners.

Dayforce experience through implementations or BAU teams will be highly regarded, almost essential outside of other HRIS platforms.
