Registered Nurse - Casual

Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence?

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis at our Bexley village, including night shifts!

Working as part of our care team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.
• Conducting assessments, care planning, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of residents' care needs.
• Providing specialised nursing support with a strong focus on dementia care.
• Supporting and guiding care teams to ensure safe and quality care is delivered.
• Taking a leadership role after hours when required.

The successful applicants will display:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with a current practising certificate.
• A passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in assessment, documentation, and care planning.
• A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience leading or supporting care teams.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of aged care and/or health systems.
