We are looking for a ‘can-do’ and positive individual, as you will be required to make technical sales and provide product support to ensure we remain a trusted advisor to all our customers.  

Key responsibilities include:  

• Provide counter sales support and customer assistance. 

• Support general branch operations and handle administrative tasks. 

• Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions. 

• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed. 

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum 6 months proven sales or customer service experience within a similar role.  

• Good verbal and written skills. 

• Computer literate at an intermediate level.  

• The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads 

• Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).  

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 

• Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
