The Senior Manager Financial Crime Strategy, Governance, Response & Reporting (6-month MTC) is accountable for shaping and executing Cuscal’s enterprise approach to financial crime risk management across strategy, governance, intelligence, response and external reporting. The role provides clear thought leadership on emerging fraud, scam, money laundering and terrorist financing risks, translating intelligence insights, evolving typologies, regulatory expectations and industry developments into coherent strategies, governance frameworks and targeted mitigation actions.
The role leads a team of financial crime specialists responsible for developing and curating high‑quality financial crime intelligence, identifying systemic gaps and vulnerabilities across products and services, and ensuring insights are proactively leveraged to influence detection, response and control uplift.
